Design Precast & Pipe, Inc. | Precast & Pipe Manufacturing

Introduction

Design Precast & Pipe, Inc. provides precast and pipe manufacturing services for the commercial, industrial and municipal markets. Our manufacturing process includes in-house fabrication of precast panels and segmented pipe. We offer a wide range of product choices, including, but not limited to:

Reinforced Concrete Pipes - Reinforced Concrete Arch Pipes

Reinforced Concrete Pipes (RCP), also known as concrete reinforcement pipe or prestressed concrete pipe, are used throughout the world for large diameter underground pipeline structures such as water transmission mains and sewer lines.

Design Precast & Pipe, Inc. provides precast and pipe manufacturing services for the commercial, industrial and municipal markets.

We have the ability to manufacture precast panels as well as segmented pipes with in-house fabrication capabilities. Our reinforced concrete arch pipes are often used throughout the world for large diameter underground pipeline structures such as sewer lines or water mains because they provide superior performance compared to traditional concrete pipes under pressure conditions (i.e., high stress, tensile strength). Our reinforced concrete pipes are also used as structural supports for bridges and buildings because they have excellent durability characteristics over time due to their strength characteristics when exposed to harsh environmental conditions such as freezing temperatures where other materials fail quickly without proper protection measures taken beforehand by designers/engineers responsible for these projects' success rate.

Our manufacturing process

Our manufacturing process includes in-house fabrication of precast panels and segmented pipe. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide innovative solutions for any project. Our products are high quality, tested by engineers through a rigorous quality control process before they leave our facility.

Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who are committed to providing the best service possible for our customers. We are members of several trade associations.

We offer a wide range of product choices, including:

  • Reinforced concrete pipes

  • Precast concrete pipes

Reinforced Concrete Pipes: Reinforced concrete pipe is a type of pipe used for drainage, sewer and water transportation. It is made from steel bars (rebar) embedded in a concrete matrix. The rebar provides strength to the structure while allowing it to be poured as one piece.

Precast Concrete Pipes - Reinforced Concrete Arch Pipe

Precast concrete pipes are made by pouring concrete into a mold. The mold is then removed, leaving behind a hollow pipe with the desired shape and size.

Precast concrete pipes are used for large diameter underground pipelines such as water transmission mains and sewer lines. Reinforced concrete arch pipe is one type of precast concrete pipe that has been used successfully in many applications throughout the world since its invention in the 1950s by Joseph Monier (France), who received patents on reinforced concrete arch structures in 1952 and 1955 (U.S.).

Reinforced Concrete Pipes (RCP)

Reinforced Concrete Pipes (RCP), also known as concrete reinforcement pipe or prestressed concrete pipe, are used throughout the world for large diameter underground pipeline structures such as water transmission mains and sewer lines. RCP is made of precast concrete segments that are assembled on site into a complete pipe segment in a continuous process. The entire assembly process allows for very high quality control over the final product, resulting in superior mechanical properties compared to conventional cast-in-place reinforced concrete structures.

Conclusion

Design Precast & Pipe, Inc. has been a leader in precast concrete pipe and manhole manufacturing since 2004. We are proud of our reputation as the premier provider of quality products and services in this industry. Our experienced team can help you find the right solution for your project needs whether it be a small residential job or large commercial project.
